Care deeply without burning out
Holistic burnout recovery and wellbeing support for people who carry a lot of responsibility - at work, at home, and in the lives of others.
Burnout affects around one in two Australian workers, and those in caring and helping roles are especially vulnerable.**
Kama Health supports you to rebuild your energy, reconnect with yourself, and create a more sustainable way to care, work and live.

When being the responsible one begins to take its toll
You may be someone who is capable, caring and accustomed to getting things done.
Others rely on you. You notice what needs doing. You step in, hold things together and keep going - often well beyond the point at which your body is asking you to stop.
But beneath that capability, you may be experiencing:
-
Emotional, physical or energetic depletion
-
Difficulty switching off or feeling settled
-
A sense of responsibility that never fully lifts
-
Guilt when resting or prioritising yourself
-
Resentment, numbness, anxiety or emotional heaviness
-
Brain fog, disrupted sleep or reduced capacity
-
Compassion fatigue or increasing sensitivity to other people’s needs
-
A quiet sense that you cannot keep doing things this way
You do not need to wait until you are completely burnt out to receive support.
Sometimes the most important shift begins when you acknowledge:
“I can’t keep carrying everything in the same way.”
A holistic approach to burnout recovery
Burnout is more than feeling tired or needing a holiday.
It can affect your nervous system, physical health, emotions, relationships, boundaries, identity and capacity to show up in your work and everyday life.
At Kama Health, I bring together nervous system support, natural medicine principles, BodyMind coaching, meditation and energy healing. This creates an approach that is grounded and practical while still recognising the deeper emotional and energetic patterns that can contribute to depletion.
Depending on the support you need, our work may include:
-
Nervous system education and regulation practices
-
BodyMind coaching and reflective self-awareness
-
Energy healing and energetic hygiene
-
Meditation, grounding and restorative practices
-
Natural medicine principles and lifestyle support
-
Boundaries, recovery rhythms and sustainable self-care
-
Exploring the patterns beneath stress, fatigue, pain and over-responsibility
This is not about giving you another list of things you should be doing. It is about understanding what is draining you, restoring your capacity and creating a way of living and working that no longer requires you to abandon yourself.

Hi, I’m Kama
I am the founder of Kama Health, a natural health coach, BodyMind Method™ coach, meditation teacher, energy healing practitioner, and long-time wellness practitioner.
For over 15 years, I have worked in the wellness space supporting people to reconnect with their body, energy, intuition, and inner resources.
My work is also deeply personal. I know what it is to keep pushing through, to care for others while ignoring your own needs, and to realise that burnout recovery is not about becoming more resilient in unsustainable conditions. It is about rebuilding a relationship with yourself.
Today, my work centres on helping helpers, carers, practitioners, and sensitive women find steadier energy, clearer boundaries, and a more sustainable way to care.
